1. Introduction
These terms apply to all orders placed through ristorah.com, operated by Ristorah, registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 91701538, VAT number [to be confirmed], registered address Jacob van Lennepkade 155H, 1054 ZL Amsterdam ("Ristorah", "we", "us").

2. Products
We sell ergonomic memory foam knee pillows and related sleep-comfort products. We describe and picture our products as accurately as possible; slight colour variation may occur due to screen settings.

3. Prices & payment
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. We accept the common payment methods used in the Netherlands and Europe (for example iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal and Apple Pay). Payment is taken at the time of order.

4. Orders
An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Delivery
We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium (Monday–Saturday). Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided items are in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Warranty
Products carry a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty excludes normal wear, misuse and accidental damage. Proof of purchase is required.

8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
